With 15+ years across corporate and nonprofit sectors, she has led integrated marketing, communications, and lifecycle strategy that drives measurable outcomes, including $23M+ in revenue impact, and brand programs that accelerated acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Her work blends brand strategy with change management to connect identity, narrative, leadership, and systems across the full brand experience. She brings global launch experience across the U.S., LATAM, and Europe, partners closely with executive teams and boards, and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Based in New York City, Mery leads Boa Vista Consulting as a founder-led practice grounded in clear thinking, strong craft, and disciplined execution.
